At Kennedy Hi-Fi, we are committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information you give to us. Kennedy Hi-Fi helps its customers obtain the best audio and video experience by providing customized systems and installations based on each client’s budget, room/house, preferences and objectives. We also collect personal information in order to set in-house consultations and in-store private appointments. We collect only what we need for those purposes.

Safeguarding Information

Concerns

You have the right to complain to us if you feel we have collected, used, or disclosed your personal information in an improper way. You may do so by lodging a complaint in writing with our Privacy Office, and you will be entitled to a response within 30 days. If you feel further action is required to address your complaint, you may seek the involvement of the Privacy Commission in Ottawa.
